  Absolutely worst service ever. As my wife waited for me to arrive she ordered our 2 kids their food so they wouldn't get too fussy waiting. After 45 mins of waiting we asked our waitress about their food. She told us she had rung it in and would look into it. She proceeded to clean up the table next to us, then wait on another table before ever going back to the kitchen or even checking the computer. She didn't return with a status update. 15 minutes later she returns with their food. The kids have finished eating and we are sitting here still waiting for our food. Did I mention the restaurant was only ever half full at most. This isnt the first time we have received terrible service here, but it will be the last. We have no intentions on ever returning. Update 1 year later: Still haven't returned. And still won't.

  Allways a GREAT experience!!! Alanna makes every visit to Boston Pizza perfect! Always cheerful fast service and the food is never a disappointment .
